You may return most new, unopened items for a full refund of the purchase price. This does not include any delivery costs associated with the purchase. If the item has been visible opened and used (ie. the protective layer has been removed from the double sided tape to the rear of the sign), a refund will not be issued.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Alternatively, if you have accidentally purchased an incorrect item, you may request an exchange for an alternative product of the same or lesser value. You will be refunded any difference if the exchanged product is of a lesser value than the originally purchased item. Once the original item has been returned, you will be sent the new item. You will be required to pay for any delivery costs associated with the exchange.
